Hey Sufferlandrians and coaches,
I have just finished an advanced all purpose road plan with strength training.
I saw increments of +3.5% on FTP and MAP, +5% AC and a slight decrease in NM (might be due to wrong gear / resistance ) so not a big concern. While the improvements were not as I would have wanted (I guess I always want more), they are still improvements, so happy with it.
That said; what is the best course of action for the coming weeks? Is a 2 - 3 weeks rest in order or should I keep the pressure on? My goal is to reach 4 w/kg FTP and currently sitting at 2.98 to try and put some of my buddies in the red next spring.
Also, should I jump into the next strength level right away?
