Just finished HM (but coming off 3 days of skiing) and OK with the results but the large gains I saw through sticking to the training plan over a 6-9 month period seem to have plateaued in the last 12 weeks or so.
FTP went up 8 to 284 on my HM this morning (~3% gain) and MAP went up to 358 (~2% gain) in the 4 months since my last HM. Weight is 180lbs (have dropped 16 pounds in the last 4 months).
FF back in July based on FF was FTP 262 and MAP 311.
So really pleased with MAP gains but get the distinct feeling it will only be very marginal gains from now on. Any thoughts/suggestions
