Through lockdown, I’ve done very little and am looking for a really beginner-friendly plan to follow. Couch to sprint triathlon style. I looked at the intro sprint plan but the swim & run looked quite beefy for where I’m at. Is there a more beginner-friendly plan?
I new to all this too. I’ve no idea where to start, any advice would be great. I don’t understand all the code that is used in the articles/apps that I have looked at.
