Elements of style at low percentage

Today’s plan called for Elements of Style at 100, 100, 40 and 50 %
I really find it difficult at such low power. I adjusted up to 50 and 70%, I just need a bit of resistance

I have had a similar question for a while: are the drills in this video (specially the lower cadence bits) equally productive at reduced intensities? Thanks!

I find the drills are less about increasing fitness, but more about learning technique, learning to focus on different techniques, becoming more self aware of you on the bike , learning about muscle recruitment , muscle tension and basic posture. It is a slightly easier workout to take your attention away from forcing yourself to ride with high numbers, and maybe aid recovery instead

I found it was just to easy to spin too high. At 50% it was hard staying smooth at a cadence, at 70 it was better and still easy. They way overdid the reduction
