I can see you have been around the block a few times on this. It’s pretty hard to sort a fit with out seeing you on the bike. At the end of the day I’d say those numbers don’t make sense. If I were you I’d get another fit (probably somewhere else) and ask for simple pen and paper numbers. Sometimes the data that goes in and what comes out are two different things. Its pretty easy to put the marker in the wrong place. I use a system similar to this but always double check with a level and tape measure to make sure things are very close. I know it’s frustrating but its worth getting it sorted.
