I completed my Half-Monty today as I’m kickstarting my cycling with the 10 week plan. The only issue that I had was that my LTHR was not accurate (145bpm), but I’ve been running a lot lately and was feeling a little fatigued in the legs when doing the test. I will plan on cutting back my running for the duration of the program. My current LTHR is 168bpm for running (as of last weekend’s testing) and my previous Half-Monty gave an LTHR of 167bpm. So I edited my profile in The Sufferfest to set my LTHR to 168bpm.
Great job on getting Half Monty done! no worries to adjust your LTHR manually. This is something we are looking into going forward for different activities.
