Holiday from the trainer plans

It strikes me that many of us will at times find ourselves on an enforced holiday from the turbo trainer and from workout sessions. Now this could be a good thing but to make it even better it would be great to see “No trainer and no bike” plans or 7, 10, 14, 21 days, comprised of Yoga and/or Strength sessions. All to prepare yourself for your next session to the flogging stations.
