I do the calibration/spin down thing before I do Full Frontal or Half Monty but skip it mot of the rest of the time. How often are others doing it? Is it necessary to do it before every workout? BTW, I have a Cyclops Magnus.
I’m using an ancient wheel on Tacx Flow I do a spin down at the end of a session if:
- I’m not feeling too smashed
- I happen to think about it
Probably works out about once every couple of weeks. As long as I keep to the same tyre pressure I find the results consistent and rarely need to adjust the tension knob.
