Sufferfest training plans should allow the cyclist to choose whether they want a 2 week hard training, one week recovery cycle, or a 3 week hard training, one week recovery cycle.
Some plans currently allow this, but many do not.
There has been some discussion on the forum about the need for this flexibility. Many aging athletes need this, and some younger athletes may need it depending on their recovery abilities and/or life commitments. So let us measure the actual level of interest.
