SUF Supoort Tips- Basic Connections Troubleshooting

I’m not sure if there’s anything more frustrating in Sufferlandria than not being able to Suffer because your devices don’t seem to be connecting properly. While we recommend reaching out for help, there are a few things you can try on your own that might get you back to some Glorious Suffering.

1- Bluetooth connections- Please make sure that your sensors and your trainer aren’t connected to another app or device. This will prevent them from being able to properly connect in the SUF app.

2- Disconnect and reconnect. From the device connections screen in the app, click on “remove” from all your connections, and then choose them again from the “add devices” screen.

This should be your first step if your trainer isn’t responding, if your sensors aren’t providing any data, or if the device connections box remains yellow.

3- Reboot your device (computer, tablet, phone), and power cycle your trainer: This means unplugging it for at least 30 seconds before plugging it in again. We recommend you unplug the trainer, then reboot the device, then plug the trainer back in when the device has completed the reboot process. Try the connections again to see if they will work.
