Does anyone have the reduced intensity percentages for there is no try? I think this was on the post tour plan this year unfortunately I didn’t mark in the notes section what the reduced percentages were and I cannot find the plan anymore on the app. If anyone knows them and can reply I would be very greatful. Thanks
Don’t know the answer, probably varies by plan and MAP/AC adjustments are always going to be a bit personal anyway, but I did it at 90/75/55 this week as a tempo workout and it worked well.
