I am planning my next step for the preparation of the upcomming season. As I was studying the different options with TT plans (with our without Strength training) I wondered if there is not a problem with Week5 of the Advanced TT Without strength. It seems quite strange, that during the week following the “recovery” week there is such an amout of training (perhaps I am wrong).
The week 5 has 13:08 hours of training and the following ones (6 and 7) have only 09:44 and 09:43 hours.
Why is this fifth week so big ? The Progression is not all the same for the same program but with strength.
Any idea ?
