I have both a problem with sustained efforts and a also a low VO2 max. I’ve just about to complete the novice FTP training 4 week block ( which was definitely good for keeping my heart rate down and therefore lowering the areas on my body). Suggestions for what I should do next. A short MAP plan perhaps? My goal is to be able to climb better, both long and short climbs.
I’ve the same weakness. This worked great for me.
